The High End DIY Luxury Fragrance Bar is a business venture that is near and dear to my heart, as the concept of this business came to mind in the midst of seeking out the ideal fragrance for my wedding day. I remember being in the store with my then fiancé, now husband, going through numerous perfumes giving them all a good smell, but finding something missing from each of them. While I loved a lot of the fragrances I smelled, none of them felt like my perfect wedding day fragrance. I remember wanting something fresh and clean that was simultaneously warm and sexy. It was in my fatigue of searching and failing to find what I was looking for, that sparked the desire within me to craft my own fragrance that was not only everything I wanted, but also something that was unique to me, and nothing that my soon to be husband would smell on anyone else. In this longing, I searched for a place where I could go and make my dream of creating my own fragrance a reality, however I found nowhere. I then had the fleeting thought that I should create this business, since I recognized a void in the market, and the desire was there, at least within myself.

Through all the chaos of wedding planning and preparation, the thought of creating a custom fragrance crafting business came and went. It wasn’t until nearly a year later that the thought came back to me and wouldn’t leave. It was then that I decided to take action to bring my vision intro fruition. I dove straight into educating myself on the intricacies, chemistry, and history of perfumes & colognes, and the passion continued to grow from there. As a natural business woman with an “entrepreneurial spirit”, as I’ve been told by others, it was easy for me to get the business started from the ground up, and I’ve enjoyed every moment of it. 

My goal with The High End DIY Luxury Fragrance Bar is to allow everyone the opportunity to create not only a fragrance, but also a memory in which they can capture a moment, and craft something tangible that will be a constant reminder of that moment; which may be a something as significant as creating the perfect wedding day fragrance with a soon to be spouse, or simply experiencing a new activity with a loved one. I look forward to being a part of the memories that are created from the fruits of our labor, and learning more about our customers and the industry as I go. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to share the knowledge and expertise that I acquire along the way, with all that choose to support our brand as we grow and continue to break down barriers within the industry.
